What's your point? Explain how the significance of churn as it applies to the business model and your investment versus the recurring revenue and increased sales and revenue (and decrease in certain line items). Please clarify the importance of your demand.
One thing is for sure: If retention and renewal rates were good news, they'd tell us. This company has no shortage of PR, even when it's not true (like Borislow saying they could do targeted, revenue-generating advertising better than Google; or announcing a new product to be available "next week" which took months.).
The fact that they don't provide those numbers can only mean they're not worth providing. Not good enough to provide. (Maybe not bad, but nothing advantageous either.).
