Keep it up DB. Bring back the credibility this stock lost due to the Put option stunt a long time ago. There is no reason why this stock can't go back to the 28 with EPS 13 times that of FB. No other VoIp provider will beat CALL in longterm value in the long run.
Buying back shares via short puts pays you a premium for buying the stock at the strike price. Or, if they expire worthless, pays you a premium for not buying the stock. Since goal was to buy back stock at the strike price, it's a win-win. The bottom line was: They realized a few million dollars in new cash while buying back some of their stock. Who could fault that?
