What is going on with the price? is there any news out?

If you look at the closing bell @3:59 on Friday aboout 40k shares were shorted setting up the short play for Monday morning. Any upswing will be short covering. By the way the short play involved almost all of the mlp's, including MWE, ETP, MMP, TPP, NS, and others.

I am not the smartest person on these baords but I have looked at the prior historical prices for WTP and have noticed large price swings between earings and divy's.
I think we are in this channel now setting up a nice buying opportunity.
Even if they loose the lawsuit, they have the cash set aside and finally it is behind us and can move froward.
From what I have read, the new pipeline is fully booked and hsould add nice earnings to this qtr.
Going forward I have read from a number of email alerts that ETP is one of their top picks and they expect earnings to increase 30% for next year.

Definitely; the "markets" are in freefall, ala '29 kind so watch your ass.

wondering that very self same thing. Whether some big position knows something about the lawsuit that no one else does yet.other wise... with the price of natgas goin up... this thing is certainly confusing to me for sure!!!
