Thank you for your response, my EPD and EEP always sale shares after they file, I did not think ETP had issued yet. I am thinking the issue could drop ETP to 41 or 40 and I buy more there instead of now. I think sell the 4900 SUN stores and not sure of rest, hoping management makes the smart decisions. Time for ETP to integrate these companies and increase DCF and earnings and increase the distribution next year. I have owed since 2009, and had chances to sell at 55 or May at 51 but own for income, has paid me 32K in 3 years, ETP will be back to 50 next year sometime. This is one of few stocks that has not run up. May buy lower and sell a 1000 at 53 next year. ETP sold 207 million Col. pipline in news today. Will help to raise cash, pay down debt so if economy gets worse, obama reelected, and market tanks because he will not cut spending and debt.
