    last stock issue

In August ETP filed to issue more shares, I cannot find older news showing what price the shares were issued, or did ETP just file for future issuance? Price has been down since, and waiting for SUN deal to close.

    • It was a shelf registration only. There certainly is a lot of uncertainty about what things will look like with ETP in the future. The SUN assets are interesting. Wonder what will happen to the retail gas stations - sell or put into a C corp inside the MLP? Will ETP get a return on the PA refinery? Hope so as it cost them about $500M in cash they would have gotten from inventory and sale. What is ETP going to do with SXL? SUN has already leased Marcus Hook for propane export by MWE. Will ETP sell the 1/3 interest in APU come spring 2013?

      • Thank you for your response, my EPD and EEP always sale shares after they file, I did not think ETP had issued yet. I am thinking the issue could drop ETP to 41 or 40 and I buy more there instead of now. I think sell the 4900 SUN stores and not sure of rest, hoping management makes the smart decisions. Time for ETP to integrate these companies and increase DCF and earnings and increase the distribution next year. I have owed since 2009, and had chances to sell at 55 or May at 51 but own for income, has paid me 32K in 3 years, ETP will be back to 50 next year sometime. This is one of few stocks that has not run up. May buy lower and sell a 1000 at 53 next year. ETP sold 207 million Col. pipline in news today. Will help to raise cash, pay down debt so if economy gets worse, obama reelected, and market tanks because he will not cut spending and debt.
