Sorry to hear you are ill. How long have you had Alzheimer's? ETP ended up in the green last Friday. I know there was a weekend in between and that is a long time to remember, but . . . . I understand. Hope you have a good caretaker.
For all the complaining ETP is up on 8 days out of the last 14. It has moved basically not at all. What I wonder is why those who say a stock is terrible stick around and make degrading comments. Would not be worth my time.- 3 Replies to jpmjr72

etp is very sick. Can it be cured is the question. Shorts must be attacking it. Without an uptick rule to keep out of favor stocks from being manipulated down, ETP is in bad shape for the time being.

I smell bottom from posts like these. Just bought 1K shares. I thought it was funny that a guy who says he "doesn't trade stocks for a div." Duh... investors collect dividends, guys like you lose coin by jumping constantly. Hey dummy... this isn't a trading stock... go find beta elsewhere.

The funny part is the bag holders defend it by pointing out the div. You can lose more in share value in a day than you can earn in 6 months of div. This is one of the worst stocks I've ever seen.

It has to adjust for the added shares for the POS they are buying. Some of the new share holders will dump it to get out by shorting the stock before the new shares are issued. Sunoco shareholders will be getting new stock in ETP as part of the acquistion of Sunoco by ETP. It could continue to decline for a while as new shares are expected to be issued in early October after Sunoco shareholders approve the merger. Also, shareholders are disappointed in the lack of dividend increases of this income stock. Buying on the bottom is like trying to catch a falling knife, most of the time you have to lick your wounds. So it will go up, but only after many are wounded.
