I can borrow money to finance my home at 3% and this stock pays a 7.5% dividend with the odds that will go higher down the road. We are just beginning to understand how to use the massive asset of cheap natural gas and it needs to be move around from the source to the use. This is a good business to be in for the next 10 years so down a $1 today is not a huge deal
I've been waiting for a pullback to add to my position. You are getting a 12.5% return on investment if you consider the 5% discount DRIP buyback price. I'll wait another couple of days to see if this bottoms out then pull the trigger.
