We know the discount drip price is 46.9557 for this distribution.
For those who get the discount drip price, please post to this thread, the name of your broker and the date (and time if you know it) the new drip shares are posted to your account. From recollection, AMTD pretty fast and Fidelity is very slow. Of course, no drip shares can be posted until they are released by the administrator.
Those who do not pay the above price, please shame your broker by naming it and posting the price you paid. Waiting to hear from drippers at Etrade and Vanguard. Also from Schwab if you do not get the discount price.
I have Schwab and recieved no distribution as of today (May 16th). Remember Schwabers you have to called to get the DRIP discount price. I did not know that until i owned this stock for two years, but I would like to thank the people on the board for letting me know.
No discount units can be posted until the drip administrator releases them, with today the earliest possible release date. I seem to recall AMTD posting discount drip units in early afternoon the day after the pay date.
Those who participated in this poll may recall the very first drip under the discount program (about two years ago).....it took the administrator almost two weeks to release the drip units, then a week for the second, then a few days for the third. The past few discount drips have been released the day after pay day.
The delay at Schwab suggests to me you get the discount. Open market drip units would have been posted yesterday because Schwab buys on the pay date.
Dar - Those at ETrade and Vanguard should make the opinions known by moving their account. What would probably be most helpful is to list those brokers who you know do not participate and those like Schwab who are a pain in the rear and require a call specific to get any Special payout. Ameriprise was in this category 2 years ago. Do not know today. I already know that TD wil post it on monday as usual at the corect price. Morgan Stanley posted the distribution yesterday and then does the reinvestment later when the get the shares/units from the trustee. Again if history is correct - on Friday or Monday
