Does anyone have anything to contribute concerning the experience and trustworthiness of the management of this company. Do they keep their word and do they behave responsibly towards their shareholders ? Are they reasonably consistent in meeting the forecasts ?
Have met several of the key players at HPG. This company has grown over the past ten years primarily by purchasing small, family run operations. Real easy to build a bad rap in that game but HPG looks real good. I have found the COB (Bertelsmeyer) and COO (Mills) to be honest and trustworthy. Theyve stood by everything they have ever said to me. As for treatment of stockholders, I believe youll find their personal fortunes are tied to the success of the company. But this is all IMHO. Do your own DD and make your decisions.
