    A SHAREHOLDER TERRORISTS FRUSTRATION

While its a known fact that the shareholder terrorism today has direct ties to Marc Cohodes (now defunct hedgefund Copper/River), the frustrations are no different today than they were when Cohodes kept "throwing things over the wall" (quote from NY Times) to the SEC in an attempt to get them to shutter Novastar.
While the leader of the current basher brigade studio/bankbuyer well be none other than Marc Cohodes himself, or at a minimum he's one of the so called "posse" (quote from NY Times) who were directed to "get the goods" on Novastars branch offices (400 of them) and Novastars Execs for lending and accounting fraud.
The "posse's" goal was to create terror and spread F.E.A.R. (False Evidence Appearing Real) any way they could in order to benefit their huge short position in Novastars stock. The terrorists frustration with the SEC is still evident today in all the references made by studio/bankbuyer hundreds/thousands of times. Why else would he post and mock my complaint to the SEC hundreds of times that the SEC didn't acknowledge.
Cohodes and his hedgefund had "targeted" Novastar for profit and gain almost 10 years ago. He even admitted to "insider trading" when telling the NY Times and Gretchen Morgenson that he had a brother-in-law who worked for Novastar and reported all sorts of "insider" information that would benefit his short position. Typically longs are accused of trading on insider information, however there is zero difference when shorts trade on insider information.

The SHAREHOOLDER TERRORISTS who are still here today are here for a reason, and that reason is called PROFIT. Whether its to buy shares cheap to cover an illegal short position, or its to buy shares on the cheap (bash to buy), their motives are the same as Cohodes. Notice they NEVER or seldom post their real sentiment of "sell" or "strong sell", and they claim to have no interest in NOVC long or short...total BS!

Thats all for now, but stay tuned!
