    DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. (NYSE:ETP) and Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (NYSE:ETE) today announced that the Board of Directors of each partnership has approved quarterly distributions for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.

    ETP’s Board of Directors has approved a quarterly distribution of $0.89375 per unit ($3.575 annualized) on ETP common units for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The cash distribution for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 will be paid on May 16, 2011 to Unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2011.

    ETE’s Board of Directors has approved a quarterly distribution of $0.56 per unit ($2.24 annualized) on ETE’s outstanding common units for the quarter ended March 31, 2011. The quarterly distribution of $0.56 per unit represents an increase of $0.08 per common unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on May 19, 2011 to Unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2011.

    Both partnerships expect to release earnings for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 on Wednesday, May 4, 2011, after the market closes. ETP and ETE will conduct a joint conference call on Thursday, May 5 at 8:30 a.m. Central Time to discuss their quarterly results. The conference call will be broadcast live via an internet web cast, which can be accessed through www.energytransfer.com. The call will also be available for replay on Energy Transfer’s web site for a limited time.
