    • I've finally found something to agree with and post here. I'm averaged at $27.19 @ 1600 shares. I've had it for a few years, buying on weakness. Love the 8% div and I let it buy more commission free through re-investing with my broker. This is a large position considering my portfolio is not huge, and I feel it when it drops like this, but I don't want the paperwork involved with selling this mlp. Anyone that has sold knows what I mean. I also enjoy having the div paid as tax deferred as it's a return of capital. Just my 2cents. Paul

    • I'm with you in concept, but why do you like the propane market more than other energy markets. May be good time to sell some of this position and diversify into coal and natural gas. Can find same sort of dividends, and gains are much higher. Like to hold long as well.

      • I am in most energy stocks - CVX (Chevron) BPT (Prudhole Bay), Exxon, etc. . .APU is just a nice stable company with a needed product, and a steady income/dividend stream. I have a lot of friends up in Napa and Sonoma who are too far out of town for gas lines - they are all customers, that is how I ran across APU a few years ago. . .lots of new houses in Calif (and elsewhere) that are off the grid.
