Are you really receiving dividends? Or is income distribution? Do you have to deal with K1's?

APU pays out distributions not dividends because it is an LP. And yes, you get a K-1 for your taxes.
I love the forced selling by funds. I just added more APU at 23.90. Makes my Jan 08 buy at 26.40 look bad in contrast.
I also want to buy more KMP and NS.

While they are distributions and not dividends, the current return is quite impressive, presuming they do not cut the distribution. I purchased some yesterday with over an 11% distribution. I can live with that number, but on the other hand, there is the macroeconomic risk, and the force of emotions that can swing stock prices around. Who knows when sanity will return and what will be the new landscape?

You have a K1. I hold this in my IRA with just enough to keep me under the $1000 UBIT limit.
