    I LIKE FRGO !!!!!!

This is one of the better small-cap stocks I've found in my research. NO DEBT and liabilities are only 21% of equity. Book value is $ 3.20/share. FRGO now has (as of end 2nd quarter) $ 6.5 million cash on books! Since year-end 2002, shareholder equity is up 8.8%. Comparisons for first six-months '03 vs. '02 are as follows:
    Sales up 7.4%
    Gross Profit up 8.7%
    Oper expenses (down 5%)
    Net Income up 61%

Earnings estimates for FY '03 of $ 0.60 (low-side) puts value of FRGO vs. Treasury bond to at least $12!! Just divide a company's earnings by yield on 10-year T-bond. I used 5% on my example, which at present times is a bit high.

    • I like Fargo too. Very good new product innovation, good financials, excellent supplies business. Partnership with H-P is a plus (could be a potential acquirer). The market is beginning to notice. Nice runup in price the last few weeks.
