Sure, I would have purchased at $35.55...but once they filed the shelf offering, DPM was going down until the deal was done. Now the pressure is released and it's going up. If your in MLP's, you've seen it before. According to Merrill, the asset quality of the new purchase looks good, and should improve DCF. Expect 6-8% distro increase this year. It's all about what you get for what you spend.
