Tensions are growing. Contract negotiations are not going well. It is time for management to step up to the plate and quit stepping out of the batter's box. Intimidation by management will not work!
RESPECT OUR CAPABILITIES

This partially contributed to the closing of the So.San Francisco plant. Also the land was valued more than the operation. So, inclusion, to the Mouse that roars, Go New Orleans" ....
Sorry Duncster but I can't hold back any more. Every time I'm looking at the word Tallyman this keeps running through my mind.
Day light come and I won' go home. :o)
No shortcomings here Mister Retirement.
I have never been more happy running my own business outside of your test labs. I must add a am running things the way they should be run. Human values are respected and I honestly say I use COMMON SENSE when handling people,NOT a book baught from the JAPANESE.
You are right however when you say it could be one bad manger, not all follow the P&G bible, not all interpit it the way it should be or could be. These young managers have never really dealt with people in the work forcwe like the older ones have. It seems the ones that have worked there way top management from the lower levels are the only ones are due respect. Anyway, my experience as a P&G manager has made me a better person to work for. You simply use the values you were taught as a child.
