Fri Jul 22, 2005 11:59 AM ET NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. companies that may be "winners" in the revaluation of the yuan are those that have a lot of revenue from Asia, including consumer-products companies Procter & Gamble Co. and Avon Products Inc., according to a research note from CSFB released Friday.
"Our preferred plays would be those stocks with high exposure to the Asian consumer and have high transactional exposure," the note said.
I am waiting for some intelligent article on the YUAN relationship to PG merchandise in China. CSFB said it will be great for PG. I have been searching for articles on some explanations. I'll bet Sunday papers will address my concerns.
