thanks for the spelling lesson, and what does being in a union or not have to do with their being well trained or not, the unions have fkt themselves , the only place they will survive is in the public sector where they can suck the governments dry, the governments in America should put them all on social security , that would solve all the problems with having to fund these ridiculous pensions , social security is a government agency that the private sector has to use , why not the the public employees, why because your pension fund managers can contropl the money and siphon off their 6 figure salaries

On the other hand I have seen several unions at P&G manufacturing sites that are outstanding. The Cape Girardeau plant in Missouri for instance, ensures that each employee performs cross-training for each skill block. This results in many more well trained and successful employees. Everybody wins. Oh, and its spelled "leech" smart guy
