    Biovest ..too little too late..?

BiovaxID phase III clinical data are too old (2008/2009) and disputed by themself on IgG and IgM use of BiovaxID

during last ASCO meeting and company price drops from $2.5 to .75 and down since..Where do we go ? More so they issued 50-milion shares to vendors as Bankruptcy settelement and they are selling at best available price on daily basis .. ...

    • Biovest didn’t dispute BiovaxID Phase III Clinical data. Instead, Biovest’s IgM-Id data (p-value = 0.002) bolster BiovaxID BV 301 Phase III statistically significant studies (p-value = 0.045), and will be used in Biovest’s regulatory strategy to make a “Compelling Case” for FDA’s conditional approval.

Furthermore, Biovest’s IgM-Id data provides substantial proof why IgG isotype based NHL vaccines failed in clinical trials from Genitope and Fevrille.

      • I hate to bash for the company which I loved the most after DNDN but after so many discussions with Mr. Calder and after my repeated request they updated their website. Only thing which I didnot like is the promises made all these years and nothing came on time and investors has lost their interest. I lost too much money on this I sold after realising the fact that even is they submit BLA the price rated is 0.4 cents per shares. So after waiting for 4 years and having lost 80% of value, better I shall look for some other opportunity. I donot want others to remain the illusion of these to DNDN ..

Thanks , by the way inventor of BiovaxID no longer work with them..

    • Clinical data is just that it is data. How old the data is not a factor in the decision made by the fda. The survival data will be updated soon and that is all that needs to be updated.

The pps drop had nothing to do with ASCO. When abpi emerged from BK the creditors then had the ability to sell their shares. One of the creditors had entered bk and they were ordered by a judge to sell any available shares. That is why the pps went down.

Most of the shares that were issued the (50 Million new shares) can not be sold for several years.

Your screen name is new and your post history starts today. What else do you know about Bvti? Why are you posting partial truths?

    • This is a "Casino" stock. You come to this game with what you can loose, roll the dice and hope to not crap out. Bought DNDN for $3 and sold at $38. Hoping BVTI does the same. You need to know what you are getting yourself into with a stock like this. Not Goggle or Apple we are dealing with here.
