Nope. That number was not fully diluted earnings per share. That was a hypothetical number where full-year taxes on cima would be without the $2MM tax loss carry forward. Keep in mind that analyst estimates are based on HAVING the $2MM tax loss carry forward because Cima will still have tax benefits for this year. $1.07 - $1.17 is what Cima WILL be earning and is the correct forecast to use.
