    Does Sheldon really

1.) CC was UNimpressive. Could be there was only one person (same supporter who has been there for years) on the call. No hard questions. No insight.
2.) Huge shareholders have sold off all of the upside over $.48....why should you believe there is a lot more
3.) Buyback by company was a joke. If they had really believed their stock was worth $1 or more, they would have been digging in with the shovel at $.20 and would still be digging, instead of token buys.
4.) Looks like this is set up to become an Australian stock promotion IN MY OPINION.

Good Luck (you will need it.)
P.S. When they report next quarter, try and dig out the "real" numbers so that you can see the true impact of what they sold, since it is difficult to understand how they treated the revenue from the subs that were selling during the quarter.
My mother always told me to stay away from bulletin board companies for a good reason: governance and liquidity.

Thank goodness for Gene. He brought out plenty of insight from Sheldon. He is a fan of the company and backed it up by buying another 10,000 shares. Check the 7-8 minute mark for all you need to hear on the CC.

"2.) Huge shareholders have sold off all of the upside over $.48....why should you believe there is a lot more"

So who made the right move at this point? The seller that gave up the upside or the new buyer. Maybe they both win.

"3.) Buyback by company was a joke. If they had really believed their stock was worth $1 or more, they would have been digging in with the shovel at $.20 and would still be digging, instead of token buys."

From the CC, they only update broker buyback instructions every 3 months. Maybe the price moved above their buyback price? Management has updated this quarter and my guess is they have updated this quarter with higher buyback limits. We'll see?

"4.) Looks like this is set up to become an Australian stock promotion IN MY OPINION."

      Funny!

It seems the future direction of the company is what I guessed before listening to the CC. Look for cheap private cable acquisitions to be converted to DIRECTV services by MDU, starting in the second half of this year. It's already in gear. DirecTV is a thoroughbred stallion and MDU is riding their back to glory.

Besides the volume & market cap...management, disclosure & the company are on par with a lot of large caps. Maybe one day? Get onboard and enjoy the ride.
