Furrow is aged 71, usually has held around 1.9 million shares.. now he has about 1.4 million shares. I think his age likely has to do with why he is reducing shares. Just a hunch.. but YOU sure aren't saying anything other than "what's up with that"...
that is surely not a good thing !!!..that is a large sum of shares for him to dump at this price point given what the company has been doing the last year. It surely has me concerned why he wouldn't wait until the april earnings when I expected the share price to climb into the 1.70 - 2 dollar region
Notice he also sold over 80,000 shares at 1.10-1.15 in July when ELSE was just getting started.. He is obviously not biased on when he sells or excercises his options.. also his avg price is below Fridays price which means to me that he is quite random... FWIW
I guess he is smart enough not to put all his eggs in one basket.. I too sold 50% at 1.65 and will wait for a bottom, if I can not get this back in the 1 teens again and it goes higher i am happy with 50K shares.
I am actually waiting for 2+ then plan to sell 15k shares and hold 35K free shares until the either go big, get sold or have a reversal in growth trend. 50% gains in one year are ok by me..
start with 100K, all in with 25 Trades at 20% up each trade = 10 million.. It's gonna happen!!
