    dividends or lack thereof

    SEAB is obviously a growing company. It just recently split its Gulf Coast operations into two divisions. What"s going to finance all this growth? It better not be debt, or some sort of equity offering. Dividends would only sap this potential growth. Growth must be financed organically, not artificially. Hence, you need dividends from this company like you need a hole in the head.
