    However EBIT

Youre right , Its not worth speculating about, becasue it's been announced, and its probably happening, and as stockholders we benefit...so...
I was sitting around tonight with some folks, and heard a conversation at another table, concerning this Stock. They indicated that BB&T just can't keep going the way it is. Here's a question for ya. Why?

I keep hearin this thing about they'll have to sell out, or go MOE. Why? BBT came from a little old bank all the way to what it is today, with only some minor friction. Every other bank that has fallen prey to EITHER of the previous tactics has gotten it's Ball$$ bu$ted with either the sellout or the MOE.
So now I wanna pose a question to the peanut gallery concerning the forenmentioned,
WHY? Why does BBT either have to sell out or go MOE, why cant they just keep on keepin on like they have?

    Open for Discussion, Lex out.

    • IMHO I do not think BB&T will sell or will have to sell out in the near future. The present group of officers have proven they know how to operate BB&T and have succesfully done so through some pretty rocky times over the past few years.

Now it will be a new era when John and his gang give it up for the good life of retirement.

      Keep on keeping on BB&T.
