Has anyone or do you know of anyone proposing a shareholder proposal to limit executive pay, bonus or stock options? Maybe even hold the executives accountable in some other manner. The last date to get a proposal printed in the annual proxy statement for the proxy statement due in March, 2004 is November 20th. Just looking for information. If anyone does have a proposal be sure to double check the rules as to what you have proposed because their history says they will try to exclude it.
