I will be very surprised if you get any response. I have noticed that there are some out there (stillginyit comes to mind) that have had too much Kool-Aid and keep "forgetting" to respond to the things you, bbtempfornow and I write (there are others in this too...sorry for omitting you....your honesty is much appreciated!). It seems they there are some out there who are happier with their head in the sand. Or perhaps they are part of the team that is feeding these lies to us and they prefer not to respond? We would be very naive to think they aren't a part of this board, you know?
I have seen exactly the situations that other BB&T employees on this board have. Surely we are not the only few out there this has happened to?
As for the report of expected earnings, the writing is on the wall. JA and crew make huge predictions to satisfy stockholders. This is the best way they can justify some of these mergers they had no business doing. Then when the numbers aren't there, they have regional management put employees on written notice of termination. Then BB&T can say that it was the employees who failed them but that the non-performers have been dealt with accordingly. I see this day in and day out in my region. I guess by terminating these employees, JA buys the company another year or so. Hmmm....maybe instead of training new employees, the company could use a few dollars to advestise? That would benefit everyone. But of course, if they are going to sell, why advertise?
I too am asking for a response from you BB&T die-hards. Answer these questions that we have for once instead of posting on this board your political affiliations, etc. That is not important right now.
