bbt 12/31/2003 38.64 vs. 1/25/2005 38.86 an increase of a whopping 22cents or.oo569%. Is anyone to blame for this. does john allison and other exec get a bonus. I wonder how many options were given to management this past year. also how many shares of bbt were purchased for cancellations. i cannot wait to read the ann. report and hear how good bbt is progressing when mr allison writes his letter to the stockholders.
xm, its simple, these people are those who actually know something. These people are among those who knew one election day that the exit polls were media generated, phony as hell, and stayed the course, and aren't led around by the nose like some in here. No axes to grind, just good ole ordinary everyday folks who succeeded, or are in the process of. Have you ever heard them whine? Nyet, nada, nicht, nil. For those in Rio Linda, or JimLand, that means no.
I was told that it was pointed out to the company representatives before the proxy was printed. Got that from someone who had talked with the shareholder who presented the proposal.
Why wasn't it corrected if at worst it was just a typo? That by the way was not once, but twice.
A college education and that is the biggest word you can use. What a wasted education.
I believe the date on the proxy material is March 24, 2004 and is for the calendar year of 2003. Can't believe that you are so particular when you defend the proxy statements.
The paragraph discussed is still misleading at best and at worst is an attempt to deceive.
