It may not be "a signal to sell..." but what follows THAT statement is the following:
"...BBT...may have to put a for sale sign up. In fact, the CEO�s comments can actually be interpreted that they already have..."
Guess 'ya can read into that almost whatever one wishes.

Didn't see where that article says that and I doubt there would be so much advance notice (although you may be right) would they sell the day after the earnings call? I guess who knows. I know people think it's strange that Regions has still not converted any of the AmSouth branches here like they are waiting for something. Probably nothing though but who knows anymore. Of course Stil is right because they Stil haven't sold and he will continue to be right until he's proven wrong so arguing makes not difference. He does remind me of a guy that use to be on the AmSouth board, same tone, same predictions, same know-it-all arrogant attitude and he was never heard from again on that board after the sale annoucement. Stil will be the same. Truth is he probably works in the BB&T Marketing Dept for Steve Wiggs and does these post as part of his job. Why else would he care so much?
