Don't get me wrong, long term I am sure this is a good deal, Mr. King is known for being fugal, and only taking a good deal.
BBT is also known to be fugal with it's Divi, historical speaking, so, the idea that the divi will increase significantly, or, at all, in the next two years is not likely, IMHO.
