Benefits between the B of D's and upper mgt looks questionable in all corporations. I see that upper mgt is placed by the B of D's and upper mgt plays the biggest part in installing B of D's members. Maybe investigations are in order.
When you see upper mgt getting $10 million + salary and bonus/year and it is negotiated with the B of D's that receive extremely great benefits and the owners, stock holders getting only a pittance of profits in dividend you suspect their is collusion taking place.
As the old feller said, 'I ain't saying it is and I ain't saying it ain't, but it kinda looks funny'.
