Lots of times, share price will run up in anticipation of good news. Then when the good news hit, some of the holders that bought "earlier" in the anticipation cycle sell, take their bit of gain and get on down the road.
Otherwise refered to as "buy the rumor, sell on the news".
Barron's ran a feature on BBT recently which was very positive indicating a target of $35 for this year. A 20% return in one year would be quite decent for patient folks.
