Then that would make it official......the 2 dumbest and poorly run banking institutions in the country join forces. I can't imagine all that stupidity housed under a single corporation. The combined IQ of their entire workforce would have the same stats printed on the back of an M&M wrapper. Culturally and politically it's a perfect fit. You can never have to many backstabbers and a## kissers in the same room...it's kinda like population control.
