BBT customer service says to contact BBT credit card services. The card says it is issued by BBT Financial, FSB.Calls to them go unresolved. They insist he was not using a BBT machine and that he should have used a machine bearing the MoneyPass symbol.Nowhere on the webpage does it mention MoneyPass. Besides this card is a VISA and Moneypass is a Mastercard product.
