A share of stock in BBT was $39.16 on Dec. 31,1998 and the dividend was 17.5 cents a quarter. This is verus $29.98 a share at this time and a dividend of 20 cents a quarter.
Guess Kelly King will get another raise and bunches of stock options and grants.
Will the BOD and mangement of this company ever really be held accountable for the performance of this stock the last 14 years?
Wonder if the BOD and management has actually had their salary, bonuses, board fees, stock options and stock grants cut by any amount?
Is it time to replace this BOD and bank's management?
