BIGGEST DUMBEST #$%$ BANK ON THE EAST COAST
Lousy bill payer where they sent a duplicate payment to a merchant causing my account to be overdrawn and 2 weeks later they still have not put the money back in my account. They wasted days of my time trying to get my money back.

I have used quite a few banks and their service compared to BAC (and others) is hands down superior. Hard to believe they were in error and did not fix it right away based on my experience.

When you mistakenly schedule 2 payments to the same merchant, its not the bank's responsibility to get the money back for you.
