It Is A Shame That BB&T Is Becoming 'Just Another Big Bank'!
They used to be the go to folks that treated customers like they cared. Now, when there is a need to communicate with these guys, you get a #$%$ letter in the mail with an 800 number that is some place else. Of course that 800 number is not where you need to call since the one you need is a different center in a different state. So, you finally get to a human being and they tell you to fax proof to another 800 number in yet another location. When you get your next #$%$ letter from BB&T, in 30days or so, and try to follow -up on what happened to your fax, they want you to resend it because it apparently didn't get forwarded through the system. Of course there is a fee for their BS. Why is anyone still doing business with these people?
