    ah those were the days

Ah, yes, the bubble era. I remember it well.

Crying my eyes out watching people buy stocks at sky high prices only to see them shoot up further, while I, a value investor, could only stand idly by and envy them.

I remember one stock I actually didn't do very well on that I bought at like 3 bucks after it had been up to 100 or something. It seemed like a value at 3 bucks but it was too tainted with bubble psychosis and just went down further until it died, although I think I am going to get like 47 cents total for the shares I owned out of some shareholder lawsuit crapola thing.

I remember looking at the old news releases on it, and there was one where someone was predicting it was going to go like from 120 to 150 or something like that. And I wonder "what in the hell gave you reason it was going to do that".

    • I was caught in a similar trap....Bought 2000 shares ICGE at 21 after stock came from about 200 per share...later had a 1 for 20 reverse split...now stock about 6 bucks and I have 100 shares....about 40 thousand bucks gone to stock heaven...
