I wonder.....it is strange because this has traded over a dollar before and there have been NO splits?

Yes, before you know it, .30 with just be an afterthougth, think higher .50 to .75. it will come.

It's strange because there have been heavy buys recently at the very end of the session. Today a buy of 30+K at the close. But the volume for the day is pitiful.

30k =6,000 alot of money,come on no buying at all , up in morning alittle 10oclock sell end of day buy . money is being made by a few. something has to disrupt this patten or it will be along couple of months .

ONCS-has no income--the only way they survive is to sell shares, credit card wise, the dilution chews up pps increase--BIG news is the only hope---scraping the bottom of 50 DMA--maybe tomorrow-

Dilution. This thing will eventually trade at a few dollars, or sub penny depending on the outcome. It's a gamble to make lots of money or lose it all.
