This is purely a speculative question, not pumping, I really do not know the answer.
Is it possible, that whomever is in discussions for a partnership with ONCS, could also be one of the parties involved in this sale?
Please no guessing, no pumping and no bashing. I am looking for an honest answer about this as a possibility.
Thanks and GLTA.
I just found out that NO it is not possible for one of the potential partners to be one of the investors in this recent offering. Due to SEC disclosures ONCS would have to report that.
So, it is not one of the potential partners, but that does not change the fact that it is ALWAYS positive to get institutional funds on board. That means they know little ONCS is not always going to be little ONCS.
They would almost have to be. Logically if I were an institutional investor, why would I invest now if a partnership ment another dilution? Unless it is a cash infusion with warrants above current market price to drive incentive on both parties, I can't imagine any big player coming in today without a clear indication of how a partnership announcement would affect them.
