Any thoughts on the 10-Q- serious responses please
So I've been monitoring this message board for quite some time (purchased up to 20k shares at one point). I believe in the technology and the potential (I also own shares of INO) but I read the 10-Q they released the other day and it sounded like they were on the verge of running out of cash- I don't normally read 10-Qs so I wanted people's opinions on whether they usually are written in this manner or if this is not shaping up very well for them. It did not sound like they had any partners on the near horizon either. I would appreciate if someone else read through it and offered up some thoughts on what it means. Thanks.
I've read a lot of 10-Q's from small developmental companies and they pretty much all mention the possibility of needing more money in the future and I think you can expect ONCS to raise capital sometime in the future. Generally a good time to buy is after dilution.
As for a partner, I find it troubling that there appear to be no takers for Neopulse. A statement from the company that "talks are ongoing" really means nothing. I mean the talks could consist of the company pleading with a larger firm to join in a venture lol.
