8 reasons that ONCS is better than INO

    1. Both INO and ONCS use the exact same electroporation technology
    2. ONCS has market cap of $50m vs $400m for INO -- you can buy ONCS much cheaper
    3. ONCS uses a proven immunotherapy in IL-12, one that has been proven effective.
    4. INO uses synthetic vaccines, meaning INO must not only prove electroporation works but also its vaccines
    5. Most of INO's programs are in Ph1 or preclinical studies, while ONCS is in Ph2 trials.
    6. INO has burned through about six times more cash in the last year
    7. ONCS has accumulated deficit of just $13 million (shows little dilution and losses since beginning) while INO's is nearly $300m.
    8. INO's short-term catalysts have already occurred, ONCS' are all still to come.

Clearly, ONCS has the better risk/reward profile, and is the better opportunity for a fraction the cost.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
