Your post showed your ignorance! 1. They currently have enough money. 2. A dilution reduces the value of the company. 3. A partnership or superior test results could get the stock to a dollar
I don't know about any certain price but if there any major health companies looking at ONCS as a likely candidate to join their family they are aware of recent pub and will be getting a bit nervous as they see our stock climbing...everyday it will become more expensive and they are no dummies.
