We must demand to the JASO management to explain us why they did the RS in December. THIS IS OUR RIGHT THIS IS NOT CAPRICE.

JASO management sold JASO common stock to obtain receive financing to buy other companies and JASO insiders sell when the stock was at $10 plus, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, etc.
With the money they won with these transactions they may privatize now JASO even at this price or at a lower price. The RS allows them to lower the price further, because generally nobody likes RS. This brings the stigma of a company whose stock was beaten. But when flow is drastically reduced the risk of HFT manipulation to the lower side is bigger particularly in a moment when Chinese solars are still not recovered and their individual fortune is not very clear. The strange thing is that the RS was made as if to avoid the positive impact of two important news: (i) at least $2 billion of subsidies by the Chinese government and (ii) higher demand in China and elsewhere for solar products in general and JASO products in particular.

    • These lying cheating POS insiders will never answer why. We are left to speculate. But I can assure you that these crooks have a plan that will benefit them, the thieving insiders and no one else. They never valued the shareholders and put us last on every decision. That MAGGOT keeps pumping up the R/S as a good move for shareholders. Theres is NO way this MAGGOT does not work for JASo in some form.
