- CFO fired end of 2008 - Audit committee resigns from the board of directors - Fired CFO sues the company - IPO Oct '09 (without CFO or audit chair) - Chairman signs public-company filings as both CEO and CFO - Spiegelman named Audit Chair and board member (paid $35k per year + stock) - Spiegelman and Chairman/CEO both Stanford grads - who/where is CFO??
Accountant has a point though, no CFO yet. Although supremely experienced how does an audit committee chair meeting once a quaater for $35 grand, and stock options, presumably at a depressed stock price) with the crony BOD, influence the day-to-day operations of a COB-CEO\CTO\CAO. Don't know you tell me.
Incidentally, how does one get that BOD gig at a small NASD company, Who you know ?
