    I'm trying to respond to...

...the last post by "tredmoron" but Yahoo seems to be limiting the number of responses...so here is annother attempt:

....geez, buddy, surely you aren't that dumb -- "why would Wedbush put the market potential at $600M if there generic alternatives already being utilized as effectively"????...

...isn't it obvious?...because they want to SELL YOU the company's stock!...TA-DAH!!!...wow, that took a lot of insight, didn't it?!...

...I mean, it's not like they're going to be able to con naive investors into buying a worthless stock by
admitting how worthless it really is, right?

    ...and then this gem:

"I find it fascinating that people believe a company would waste millions of dollars on developing a drug
and pushing it through the clinic where there is no apparent need?"

...well, there WAS a need, nitwit!...a need for someone to MAKE MONEY!...a LOT of
MONEY!!...goodlawdamighty, do you not understand ANYTHING about the biotech biz?...

...it's the story!...the pitch!!!...who CARES whether there's a market for whatever it is a company

produces as long as it has something that can be pitched to naive investors?!...why else do you think OMER started all that GPCR nonsense?...it certainly won't be in this lifetime that they'll be able to produce anything marketable from that program!...

...and do you not understand that you DON'T NEED irrigation with a mydriatic to maintain mydriasis?...

...there are already available drops like cyclogyl that will maintain mydriasis for up to 24 HOURS!...

...and off the top of my head, I can't think of any eye surgery that takes 24 HOURS to complete!...can
    you?...

...hence the TOTAL LACK of any need for an irrigation solution containing phenylephrine!...

...I see I made a small error in my previous post -- OMER's eye solution contains Toradol (ketorolac) in
place of the ketoprofen used in the joint solution...

...asback to my point, it's ditto for ketorolac...OMER tries to argue that topical irrigation is superior
to oral/IV administration but offers no evidence that topical administration produces either a higher or
more effective concentration of the drug...

...come to think of it, has OMER ever claimed that their product was superior to eyedrops?...I can't
    recall them saying that anywhwere...

...indeed, they used to use ketorolac drops ALONE to produce mydriasis prior to surgery -- the thought
probably didn't even occur to OMER than they likely didn't need phenylephrine in the solution...

...eventually, flurbiprofen and other newer agents pushed ketorolac aside -- although it is STILL used to
maintain mydriasis during surgery -- YES, you can apply drops during surgery...and patients are frequently

sent home on ketorolac drops to prevent inflammation and pain -- so they don't even need it take it
    systemically either!...isn't i that AMAZING?!...

...and I'm quite sure OMER knows all this -- why do you think they increased their debt to 20 million and
filed to sell 60 MILLION dollars worth of stock WITHOUT specifying at what price they would sell the
    stock?...

...would they have done that if they saw the prospect of glowing phase 3 results or a megadeal with some big pharma or a "600M" dollar market in the near future?...

    ...get real, dude!...HAW!...

    Sentiment: Strong Sell
