As a customer, I was a fan of the concept but the economics were terrible. An incredible amount of shareholder value was destroyed since this went public. However, the recent results are encouraging. Big jump in same-store sales and sligh improvement in year-to-date losses. Even though some may see the value here given the low multiple of value to EBITDA, it may be worth waiting a bit longer for conservative investors. I'd like to see another quarter or so of increasing comps but the real key will be how their new stores do. If their new stores don't take off, that will be very concerning since they continue to close the older footprint in North America. Without new stores, the growth story is limited to same-store improvements and that wouldn't warrant a high multiple. Overall, seems like a good start by the new CEO. Hope it continues.
