    If this is a scam?

If this is a scam, and Durando is part of it, well, do the math. He is already down over $100k on average across his investments. I hope he likes losing money. I don't!

As Cramer would say, it's all about making money. So let's see what XDSL can do with their technology to make money.

By the way, is anyone else seeing double and way too many repeated messages of the same negative garbage? Anyone care to post some good information?

    • The bashers have been right for 15 years.

    • nanoman, Durando is buying those shares with your money. Its all part of the mirage. Where do you think he's getting the money to pay Lucent $200,000 a month for use of their lab(that deal expires this month by the way). Its real easy to pay for PR's, pay Lebed, pay Lucent, give out free shares and sell shares when all you have to do is print them. The company got caught selling unregistered shares recently, whats that tell you. If they stop talking about the nano grass you better run and run fast. Did you know that they only had $148.00 in the bank last September? Read the 10Q

he sells under a different name or company. i forget exactly and last year it was in the yahoo insider buying/selling, the name is wolfstein equities.. or something. besides he was at 22M owned last year. it's doesn't really go up.

the reason you see so many negative posts is the reason this stock rise or the reason the high's keep getting lower. too many ppl have been thru the routine or done their DD.

i first bought 5k in early '05' at .60 and lost $4k. i then came back in and made $4k in early '06' to break even and learn my lesson after watching this stock off and on for 2 years.

conclusion: it's a total scam. but not because they couldn't actually become a company that sells products. but because Durando really actually prefers the con game. like alot of OB stocks. but to be honest, Durando is really good at it. and the reason the got published in SCIAM is because scientific american doesn't care what name they put behind whoever is working on the technology. i love that mag it's one of my favorites. but i knew in '06' when that issue came out to get in and out quickly, and i did.

goo luck trading this stock. if and when another pump comes, ride it up quick and get out if you can. it's harder with this one than you think. whatever you do, trade it don't hold it.

      • actually that doesn't make sense. i think i bought 8k shares at .65 i don't know how my money manager bought higher than it ever seemed to go but i eventually lost and made around 4-5k. i might be down a little but not much. not that it matters. anyone investing in companies like this make 10k lose 10k etc..

i will say one thing. the market is very down on the battery scam. i mean companies in general developing them, it's gotten a weary eye.

like another OTC company i decided to play along with VIVI.OB lol, i lost like 5k on that when i bought 40k shares at .14 after a recent greenbaron vote of confidence. everyone and their brother sold leaving me holding the bag. then a year later vivi comes out with news they are developing a aviation lithium ion battery. and i laughed. of course they came a little late to the battery scam party so it didn't help the stock price.
