SU buys out Ivanhoe Energy for one share SU for 7.5 Ivan shares. For approx. 4.80 per share in cost, SU picks up between 400M and 1.1B barrels of adjoining oil reserves plus the rest of Ivan assets. Who blinks first?
This post wasn't posed as factual information, see "Who blinks first?" Instead it was a query as to what value the Ivan Tamarack property may have to SU as it builds Canadian reserves. Obviously, the property holds oil in a similar state to that being developed by SU on adjacent property. What value would those reserves have to SU? That's all I was asking. Any informed thoughts? $200M? $400M?
