Normal behaviour when no news is coming that share price go down and certainly on the pink market - why shareholders sell there shares I don't understand as company will have to pay penalties to shareholders which will be much more than 15 $cent. Not sure they will be able still to get the compensation. I keep my share knowing the process and compensations can still take some months.
