The only thing we know for sure for the near term is that prices will fluctuate. As I said many years ago in my first book, in the short-run the market is a voting machine, but in the long-run it is a weighing machine. Value always, always, always wins out.
So can forecasters forecast? Does haveseen-whatever really know what's going to happen to WAC? The answer to both is "Why certainly, for as long as pigs are flying."
